Yes. Free worldwide shipping is included in the product price. Orders are shipped through our delivery partners, and tracking details are provided after dispatch. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST begin processing that business day; orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on the destination, carrier service and customs clearance. Tracking details will be emailed when your order ships.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns within 3 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@zodiacleather.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Use a slightly damp, soft, lint-free cloth to remove surface dust. Always wipe in the direction of the grain.
