These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of zodiacleather.com (the "Website") and every purchase you make through it. By using the Website or placing an order you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund, Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms. If anything in those policies conflicts with these Terms, the policy applies to its subject.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You may shop as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information and tell us promptly if any of it changes.

2. Products and descriptions

Every Zodiac Leather bag is handcrafted from natural leather. Variations in grain, texture, markings and shade are characteristics of genuine leather, not defects, and the colour you see on screen may differ slightly from the product. Dimensions and capacities are given as close approximations. The leather type and finish of each product are stated on its product page.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless a different currency is displayed for your region at checkout. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order. Prices do not include import duties, customs charges or local taxes that may apply in your country; these are the recipient's responsibility (see the Shipping Policy). Payment is taken in full when you place your order and is processed by our payment providers under their own terms. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund any payment taken.

4. Order acceptance

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; our acceptance takes place when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, payment cannot be verified or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, any amount already paid is refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on every order with no minimum. Free shipping covers transport to you; it does not include import duties, customs charges, local taxes or brokerage fees, which are paid by the recipient. Processing, delivery times, tracking and delivery conditions are set out in the Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference or choosing the wrong colour, size or style. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or, where a replacement is unavailable, a refund to the original payment method. Eligible exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Standard orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once production has begun. The full terms are in the Refund, Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy.

7. One-year warranty

Every Zodiac Leather bag is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, including stitching, hardware and the leather itself. The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches or patina that develop with use, damage caused by misuse, accident, water or heat exposure, improper care or alteration, or items bought through third parties. To make a claim, email sales@zodiacleather.com with your order number and photographs. We will repair or replace the item, or, if neither is possible, refund it.

8. Personalisation and custom sizes

Personalised items are made to your specification; please check spelling and options carefully before ordering, as they cannot be changed after production begins. Custom-size requests are quoted individually and a custom order is confirmed only when we have agreed the specification, price and production time with you in writing.

9. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including product photographs, text, designs and the Zodiac Leather name and logo, belong to Zodiac Leather or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and use the Website for personal shopping only. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorised access to it, or to submit content that is false, infringing or offensive. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm it is yours and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the Website and our marketing. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs processing and carrier disruption.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Website when you place an order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to in your country of residence. We will try to resolve any dispute with you directly first; please contact us at sales@zodiacleather.com.
