Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We ship to most countries, except South Africa, South Korea, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Orders are shipped through our delivery partners, and tracking details are provided after dispatch. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of ordering, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

Can I exchange or return my item?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong size, colour or style.

For any other reason, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your item — it must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
